Hello! I am finally posting again after a very busy few weeks of moving to my new place (pictures coming soon), being sick, and getting started in school!
One of my absolute favourite parts of the day is breakfast. There is something so peaceful and wonderful about waking up, putting on some cosy slippers and a super soft warm robe and heading to the kitchen to eat a delicious and filling healthy meal. Here is another breakfast recipe that I would personally describe as life changing-ly tasty:
Wake Up and Smell the Sunshine Breakfast Bowl Recipe
- 1/4 cup oat bran or rolled oats (I like them raw but you can cook them if you'd prefer)
- 1 tablespoon milled flaxseed (so good for you!)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons pecans, crumbled and toasted
- 1/2 large banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup mixed berries, sliced (really you can use any fruit)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
